Head Kore 93 review 2019

BEST SKI
Best ski 2019

PROSKILAB™ reviewers' comments

Already scoring well in 2018, this year the Kore 93 snagged the “Best Ski 2019” award in softer snow conditions. So, it has made a well-deserved debut into the big leagues, joining other top-performing skis in the All-Mountain Back category (the Stormrider 95, the Mantra and the Enforcer 100).

This ski is extremely versatile - a true all-mountain ski that is as happy on freshly groomed runs as it is in deep or crusty snow.

It is remarkably accessible even in tricky terrain and does what you ask. You will find it easy to control from the get-go. It is forgiving, intuitive, and requires little input from the skier.

The ski is extremely enjoyable and a lot of fun, especially on soft snow where it provides amazing ski-snow contact.

However, it is super solid when you put a lot of energy into it and increase the speed. Then the ski is responsive, grippy, and "very solid throughout the turn," according to the testers.

The Kore 93 is real success: a perfect blend of accessibility, incredible smoothness, and a playful character.

We recommend it for a wide range of skiers, from intermediates looking to try off-piste for the first time to experts who want a ski that offers both ease and performance.

Manufacturer's remarks

Sometimes the snow is deep. Sometimes there are tracks. Sometimes there are moguls. Very often, it's perfectly groomed. If it is like this when and where you ski, then the 93 is for you. In all conditions, whenever you like. There is also an ATTACK 14 AT version (bindings are compatible with Alpine skiing and Touring) #TOTHEKORE
