Already a winner last year, the Speed Master GS with the R22 race plate reaffirms its superior performance this year.

Along with its twin the Rossignol Hero Master, this ski outperformed all the other skis in the "Giant Slalom" category where we look for high-performance skis that are still accessible to recreational skiers.

The skis stand out for their exceptional performance on hard pack at very high speed. The edge grip is impeccable.

The Speed Master is extremely powerful but at the same time incredibly smooth and intuitive. The ski just "rolls onto the edge" with very little steering effort. In addition, the ski inspires confidence, edge grip never seems to falter, and the speeds it can reach are unbelievable.

Obviously, it's a bit more demanding in shorter radius turns but still performs well.

The Dynastar Speed Master and the Rossignol Hero Master both come with the group's R22 plate and are exceptional skis that we recommend for a wide range of skiers. Strong intermediate and advanced skiers will love this forgiving high-performance ski that will help them to improve their technique. Expert skiers and racers will have a lot of fun on it because it is more versatile and intuitive than a pure FIS racing ski.

The new Speed Master GS R22 has World Cup sandwich construction with full-length vertical sidewalls reinforced with Titanal and is equipped with the World Cup R 22 Plate developed by our race service. It is a powerful and lively giant slalom ski that brings fun to a whole new level both on the groomers and in the gates. Built with a structure inspired from the World Cup giant slalom skis, but with a more modern sidecut than the FIS model, it will exceed the expectations of the most demanding alpine skiers. It has the power and stability of a World Cup GS ski combined with amazing agility.
