The Atomic Redster G9 has earned a place among the best skis on the market in the "Giant Slalom" category. This category includes race-inspired skis designed for recreational skiers.
"Smooth and predictable," almost "perfect," it excels in this category in virtually every way. The pro testers were impressed by its "very predictable" behavior, super quick turn initiation, and incredible stability at high speed. It inspires confidence because it performs so well and is easy to control.
The only criticism was about the tail, which they found a little soft. Compared with other skis in this category, there isn’t much rebound when you’re coming out of the turn, so it is more technically demanding. For this reason, you need to be forward on the front of the ski.
The Redster G9 is a good ski that will appeal to skiers who love making long high-speed turns.

The Servotec technology provides maximum agility in turns and maximum stability at high speed. The smaller sidecut translates into maximum stability at high speed, but with the Servotec technology, you will feel like you’re on a ski with a more pronounced shape. The full sidewall construction runs the whole length of the ski for more precision in the turns.
